Integration of several processes in a single production line with the following units:

  • Shaft-less unwinder.
  • Longitudinal slitting unit by pneumatic knives. 
  • Rewinding according to final roll predefined diameter or  roll length using run meter control.
  • Automatic high accuracy cross-cutting unit.
  • Fully automatic inner core/tube  loader.
  • Automatic finished rolls labelling system
  • Automatic finished rolls extraction unit.
